Relational
Therapy
In relational therapy, my role is to maintain a neutral and compassionate stance, and to provide a safe, non-judgmental environment for the work of building and maintaining healthy interpersonal and intimate connections. Effective communication, trust, intimacy, and conflict resolution are vital needs that must be met for relationships to thrive.

Some of the areas I can help you address include:
-
Finding more satisfaction with your partner(s)
-
Improving communication
-
Building and reinforcing emotional intimacy
-
Sexual desire, behavior, and health
-
Trust issues and jealousy
-
Healing from infidelity
-
Re-negotiating agreements and boundaries

I welcome people of all genders, orientations, relationship structures, and sexual expressions, including:
-
LGBTQIA+ community
-
poly and non-monogamous couples, triads, polycules, and other relationship constellations
-
kink/BDSM community
-
current or former sex workers

Please note that while I firmly believe in sexual freedom for freely consenting adults, I will not condone behaviors that are harmful or exploitative (e.g. adult/minor relationships, violations of consent). For people who are escaping from or working on healing from such relationships, I can provide individual therapy and additional resources to help regain safety.
